CONDITIONS OF USE
Every registered user (hereafter referred to as MANAGER) on the game website www.strikermanager.com (hereafter referred to as SM3) must adhere to these rules. The administration reserves the right to permanently remove from the game and ban any MANAGER who violates these rules from future access to SM3 or any other sports management game developed by the studio.
The Administration reserves the right of admission to SM3. This means it may deny entry to or expel any user who, in its judgment, does not comply with established conduct standards, behaves inappropriately, or risks the safety and well-being of others without any compensation to the MANAGER.
The Administration also reserves the right to modify or expand the terms of use and any aspect of gameplay at any time, without prior notice.
The company is committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all its customers and visitors, and any decisions and sanctions regarding the terms of use will be applied fairly and without discrimination.
CODE OF CONDUCT
By registering in SM3, users agree to comply with the following rules.
1) A single MANAGER is prohibited from controlling more than one team. If two or more MANAGERS share an IP address (use the same Internet network to connect) or any other function and/or tool that SM3 deems intended to control more than one team, they will automatically be blocked from each other and will not be able to make transfers, loans, or play private leagues with rewards.
It is equally prohibited to carry out actions intended to circumvent these limitations.
2) Transfers exceeding 20% or below 50% of the average market price at the time of the transfer may be regulated by a Game Prosecutor or Administrator.
2.1) The market price will be calculated based on the average value of all auctions and buyouts over the past 6 months that match the characteristics (average, age, progression, and position) of the player involved in the transfer.
3) Actions intended to deceive another MANAGER for personal benefit, the benefit of others, or to harm are strictly prohibited.
4) Actions that clearly go against one's own account will be sanctioned. This sanction may affect both the guilty MANAGER and any potential beneficiaries.
It is not permitted to alter the normal development of SM3 in favor of any other MANAGER. Actions that provide excessive benefits to certain MANAGERS over others will be subject to sanctions.
5) It is prohibited to insult, discredit, or significantly disturb other MANAGERS.
6) Discord and SM3 chats are subject to their own regulations - detailed later - and their use implies compliance with them.
7) The use of scripts (external tools for task automation) is prohibited.
8) Taking advantage of any game flaw is prohibited.
If any manager discovers a system error, they are required to report it to an Administrator, Prosecutor, or Moderator via email at mkt@uplayonline.com.
9) Unauthorized use of SM3 copyrighted material is prohibited. SM3 is not responsible for the use of copyrighted material contributed by a MANAGER to the game and reserves the right to remove such material at any time.
10) It is prohibited to create or participate in chat rooms outside of those SM3 makes available to MANAGERS. This will result in direct expulsion for representing manipulation and uncontrolled use of game resources that may affect its performance and proper functioning.
The permitted chat rooms are exclusively: General chat, market chat, regular league and private league chat, as well as direct chats between two users established through the MANAGER's profile.
11) Advertising private businesses within the game without SM3’s authorization is prohibited. This also includes account sale announcements in any game space (team names, stadium, fan base, players, press notes, etc.).
12) Within the game Striker Manager 3, various Premium assets are available for purchase and sale transactions. Once a user acquires any of these assets, they become part of their possession.
13) Premium players traded within the game's platform, subject to transaction and sale, may experience changes in their in-game fictional currency salary, derived from various factors including individual player progression, age, and fluctuations in the player's average rating.
SANCTIONS
Users who do not comply with any of the conditions and game rules may be sanctioned and banned from both SM3 and other products developed by UPLAY, without financial compensation and without prior notice.
If users violate the current Spanish legislation, the company reserves the right to inform and refer the matter to the relevant authorities for further action and resolution.
Any MANAGER who breaches the established code of conduct will be penalized based on the criteria outlined in the following sanctions document. These criteria may be updated.

Users who notice a violation of these regulations must report it using the tools provided for this purpose.

A Prosecutor will review the facts, assess their severity, and decide if a sanction is warranted.
If there is disagreement with the sanction or questions about the actions of the Prosecutor in charge, an appeal should be made directly to an Administrator through the usual contact channels.
The administration will not address any case until it has been reviewed by the Prosecutors.
Any complaint or report will only be considered if it pertains to the current season. As an exceptional case, claims from previous seasons may be accepted, provided no more than one week has passed since the season’s closure.
GENERAL RULES FOR USING DISCORD AND CHAT
Using Discord and the chats implies compliance with these rules. The Administration reserves the right to modify or expand these rules if necessary.
1) ADMINISTRATORS, PROSECUTORS, AND MODERATORS
Administrators, Prosecutors, and Moderators have the authority to edit, move, delete, or close any topic that violates the mentioned rules.
No type of attack against Administrators, Prosecutors, and Moderators for the decisions they make in the exercise of their duties will be tolerated.
If there is disagreement or questions about the actions of the responsible Prosecutor or Moderator, you should appeal privately to them, and if the issues persist, make a claim directly to an Administrator through the usual contact channels.
Prosecutors and Moderators are volunteers with their own obligations and limited time to perform their duties. Therefore, it may be possible that they cannot respond or clarify questions immediately. However, they will do so to the best of their ability or as reasonably possible, as long as it is done through the previously mentioned channels.
Personal accusations are completely prohibited on Discord and in the chats, as well as comments on a specific moderation action. The appropriate way to raise these issues, always respectfully, is through the usual contact channels.
2) COEXISTENCE
All users must contribute to good coexistence on Discord and in the chats by maintaining respect and politeness.
In case of conflicts between users, Administrators, Prosecutors, and Moderators will give them the opportunity to resolve the issues amicably, reserving the right to intervene if any user violates the rules.
On Discord and in the chats, it is necessary to communicate as correctly as possible, including spelling, so that all users can understand each other properly. SMS language is not allowed.
Excessive use of capital letters is considered shouting and is therefore not permitted in Discord or in the chats.
3) PRIVACY
Violating the privacy of other users is not allowed. Reproducing private conversations with other users is prohibited. Using photographic material belonging to other users is also prohibited.
In case of non-compliance or abuse, available tools will be used to end the situation. Exceptionally, only conversations constituting 'cheating' or proof thereof may be revealed to a Prosecutor or Moderator.
4) FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION
Freedom of expression is guaranteed on Discord and SM3 chats as long as it does not exceed the previously established limits. Every user must:
- Ensure respect and harmony among all users.
- Avoid spreading rumors that constitute slander, libel, or defamation against any individual or entity.
- Avoid topics with explicit sexual or violent content.
- Avoid discussing politics and socially controversial topics.
In any case, SM3 disclaims all responsibility for the opinions expressed by its users, both on Discord and in the chat, as these are solely the responsibility of the author.
5) IMPROPER USE
Users of Discord/chat agree not to use it for personal gain and commit to avoiding any illegal or illicit activity or any other behavior that could pose risks or harm to SM3.
- In Discord/Chat, advertising of any kind is not permitted. SM3 reserves the right to remove any material it considers unacceptable in this regard.
- Advocacy of piracy or any other violation of copyright will result in the closure of any thread referring to it.
6) SPECIFIC RULES FOR CHAT USE
The use of capital letters is restricted to:
- Words that, by spelling rules, should begin with a capital letter.
- Player positions: GK, LB, CB, RB, LM, CM, RM, LW, RW, ST, etc.
- The use of symbols is restricted to: ; / - _ “ % ¡! ¿?. Excessive use may be subject to penalties.
- The use of icons or elements similar to the following is not allowed: ☆ █ ۞ ① ▓▒ ░░ ► ☻ ▀▄
- Users are requested to adapt the content of their conversations to the function of the chat they are in:
-- The general chat is for general topics.
-- The market chat is for discussing purchases, sales, and loans. However, links related to player purchases or sales are not allowed and should be shared through private chat.
ATTENTION
Any MANAGER who observes a breach of any of the above rules may call the attention of the user in question.
If, after the warning, the breach continues or the response is inadequate, a Moderator active at that time should be notified.
The penalty for violating any of these rules will typically be a 24-hour chat ban. The severity of the penalty may increase with repeated offenses, potentially resulting in the retention of the team.

Access and/or use of SM3's portals implies the condition of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use herein outlined. These Conditions will apply independently of any General Contracting Conditions that may also be required to comply with.
The SM3 website provides access to a wide range of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, 'the content') on the Internet belonging to SM3 or its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the PORTAL. This responsibility extends to the registration required to access certain services or content. In such registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may receive a password for which they will be responsible, committing to diligent and confidential use of it. In any case, SM3 is not responsible for the opinions expressed by users through Discord, forums, chats, or other participation tools.
SM3, either by itself or as an assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights of its websites, as well as the elements contained therein (for example, images, sound, audio, video, software, or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.), ownership of SM3 or its licensors. All rights reserved. Under no circumstances will SM3 assume any responsibility for the content of any link belonging to an external website, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, validity, and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of those hyperlinks or other Internet sites. Likewise, the inclusion of these external connections will not imply any type of association, merger, or participation with the connected entities.
SM3 reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to its websites and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or that of a third party, to those users who breach these General Conditions of Use.
SM3 will pursue the breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its websites by exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.
SM3 may modify at any time the conditions set forth herein, which will be duly published as they appear here. The validity of these conditions will depend on their exposure and will remain in effect until they are modified by other duly published conditions.
The relationship between SM3 and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation, and any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
