Rules and Sanctions

1) Disrespecting other users or the staff via chat, forums, press releases, private messages, whistles, fan names, stadium names, team names, or any other public or private means within the game.

1.1 - Very Serious Insult

1st time: 72-hour retention and a warning that the next offense will result in expulsion.

2nd time: Depending on the severity, TEAM RESET or EXPULSION.

1.2 - Serious Insult or Offensive Language with Insulting Tone or Provocation.

1st time: 24-hour retention.

2nd time: 72-hour retention and a warning that the next offense will result in expulsion.

3rd time: Depending on the severity, TEAM RESET or EXPULSION.

1.3 - Minor Insults, Offenses, Advertising of Private Businesses (including team sales), and Team Names '--'

1st time: Warning and deletion.

2nd time: 24-hour retention + Warning and deletion.

3rd time: 72-hour retention and a warning that the next offense will result in expulsion.

4th time: Depending on the severity, TEAM RESET or EXPULSION.

2 - CHATS

2.1 - Breach of Rules in Chats

1st time: Warning.

2nd time: 24-hour chat ban and a warning.

3rd time: 72-hour chat ban and a warning that the next offense will result in expulsion.

4th time: Depending on the severity, TEAM RESET or EXPULSION.

3 - MULTI-ACCOUNTS AND SATELLITES

3.1 - Multi-account + satellite transfer.

3.1.1 - Recently created accounts

1st time: 24-hour retention and a warning. EXPULSION of satellite teams. If it's a sale, the money obtained will be taken. If it's a purchase, the player will be returned to their original team or removed.

2nd time: 72-hour retention and a warning that the next offense will result in expulsion. EXPULSION of satellite teams. Team reset.

3rd time: EXPULSION of all teams.

3.1.2 - Accounts created 6 months or more ago

1st time: 24-hour retention and a warning. EXPULSION of satellite teams. If it's a sale, the money obtained will be taken. If it's a purchase, the player will be returned to their original team or removed. If there are many transfers between them, team reset.

2nd time: 72-hour retention and a warning that the next offense will result in expulsion. EXPULSION of satellite teams. Team reset.

3rd time: EXPULSION of all teams.

3.2 - Multi-account WITHOUT transfers between them

3.2.1 - Recently created accounts

24-hour retention and a warning. EXPULSION of satellite teams.

3.2.2 - One of the teams is older than 6 months

24-hour retention and a warning. EXPULSION of satellite teams.

4.- TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE MARKET

4.1 - Agreed transfers and direct purchases

In any case, attempts will be made to return players to their previous teams first and to refund or deposit the corresponding amounts from the purchase/sale. If this is not possible, a monetary penalty equivalent to the value of the player will be applied.

1st time: 24-hour retention, warning, and return of the player.

2nd time: 72-hour retention, return of the player, and a monetary fine of 25% of the player's value.

3rd time: 72-hour retention, warning of Reset, return of the player, and a monetary fine of 50% of the player's value.

4th time: TEAM RESET.

If multiple users are involved, return of players or a penalty equivalent to the player's value will be applied to all users deemed guilty.

In all cases, after six months without cheating, the previous fines will no longer be valid to consider them as recidivism.

4.2 - Auctions

In the case of low auctions: No penalties are applied.

In the case of high auctions with the intent to transfer money --> They will be treated the same as agreed transfers.

4.3 - Unreasonable Clauses

If there is an unreasonable clause that is clearly out of the market and significant, which genuinely favors someone, the same rules as agreed transfers will apply:

1st time: 24-hour retention, warning, and return of the player.

2nd time: 72-hour retention, return of the player, and a monetary fine of 25% of the player's value.

3rd time: 72-hour retention, warning of Reset, return of the player, and a monetary fine of 50% of the player's value.

4th time: TEAM RESET.

4.4 - Self-Reports

In the case of self-reports of ANY TYPE of illegal transfers (unreasonable clauses, agreed transfers, or auctions) immediately upon execution, the benefit will be regulated without adding a penalty.

5.- Negotiating with Teams that Leave the Game

5.1 - Purchases from the team that leaves out of market (low price)

1st time: 24-hour retention, warning, and the transaction is reversed.

2nd time: 72-hour retention, warning, and the transaction is reversed.

3rd time: TEAM RESET or in severe cases, EXPULSION.

5.2 - Sales to the team that leaves out of market (high price)

1st time: 24-hour retention, warning, and the transaction is reversed.

2nd time: 72-hour retention, warning, and the transaction is reversed.

3rd time: TEAM RESET or in severe cases, EXPULSION.

5.3 - Loans from a Team that Leaves the Game

1st time: 24-hour retention, warning, and the loan is reversed.

2nd time: 72-hour retention, warning, and the loan is reversed.

3rd time: TEAM RESET or in severe cases, EXPULSION.

6.- BRIDGE TEAMS

Using 'bridge' teams to transfer players between teams that share an IP.

6.1 - Transfers are at market prices

The criteria for transfers out of the market will be taken into account.

6.2 - Transfers only benefit one

1st time: 24-hour retention, warning, and the transaction is reversed.

2nd time: 72-hour retention, warning, and the transaction is reversed.

3rd time: TEAM RESET or in severe cases, EXPULSION.

7.- EXCESSIVE HELP

Excessive help is considered when a user assists another account to gain benefits, for example, through certain loans, transfers back and forth, etc. Essentially, giving benefits in the game. This also includes anything that can be considered against the user's own account. The penalty can affect both the harmed user and the benefited user.

1st time: 24-hour retention and warning.

2nd time: 72-hour retention and warning of expulsion.

3rd time: TEAM RESET or expulsion depending on the case.

8.- FALSE NICKNAMES

8.1 - If the user has not yet sold the player.

The criteria for transfers out of the market will be taken into account.

8.2 - If there has already been a benefit from the action.

1st time: 24-hour retention, warning, and the transaction is reversed.

2nd time: 72-hour retention, warning, and the transaction is reversed.

3rd time: TEAM RESET or in severe cases, EXPULSION.

9.- MATCH-FIXING

9.1 - Intent to fix matches

9.1.1 - When a user asks another to throw the game and there is evidence of this

1st time: 24-hour retention and warning.

2nd time: 72-hour retention and reset warning.

3rd time: TEAM RESET.

9.1.2 - When a user offers to throw the game and there is evidence of this

1st time: 24-hour retention and warning.

2nd time: 72-hour retention and reset warning.

3rd time: TEAM RESET.

9.2 - Match-fixing carried out

When there are other sufficient indications that a user has thrown a game. Only the user throwing the game will be penalized.

1st time: 24-hour retention and warning.

2nd time: 72-hour retention and reset warning.

3rd time: TEAM RESET.

Teams left with fewer than 11 players that adulterate the competition

Will be warned to complete their roster within a maximum of 3 days. If they refuse, their team will be reset.

10.- SCRIPTS

The use of automation scripts: requests to the server significantly above the average.

1st time: We cancel the clause, issue a warning, and impose a 24-hour retention. If the player has already been received, the transaction is reversed.

11.- EXPLOITATION OF A BUG

Taking advantage of any defect in the game: obligation to report it.

11.1 - Loaned players at 19 years old before the red P appears

If less than 7 days on loan: warning, undo the loan, and 24-hour retention.

If more than 7 days: warning, undo the loan, and 72-hour retention.

If more than one season: undo the loan or equivalent fine for the sale if the player is no longer on their team, plus 72-hour retention.

11.2 - Players aged 33

They will be dismissed, with a refund of the cost if reported by the owner and not more than a week has passed since the start of the season.

11.3 - Use of the so-called BAT FORMATION

This is a formation that takes advantage of a bug in the simulator. This bug consists of creating a passing loop between the goalkeeper and defenders, although it can also occur among other players by trapping the entire team at the back, granting extra experience to the involved players and appearing when all players are positioned on the goal line. [Variants of the formation described that aim to create a passing loop to boost players' experience will also be considered bats.]

1st time: 24-hour retention and warning.

2nd time: 72-hour retention and warning of reset.

3rd time: Team reset.

Formations that do not take advantage of the bug generating experience will not be penalized, so closing ranks to defend is a legitimate way to play.

12.- IMAGE RETOUCHING (e.g., false preview images)

13.- LOANING PLAYERS WITH LOW CLAUSES IN RELATION TO THEIR MARKET VALUE

Clauses in accordance with market value

2nd time: 72-hour retention, warning, and revert the loan.

3rd time: TEAM RESET or expulsion in severe cases.

Loans with clauses and ridiculous fees may be sanctioned based on the player's average market value.

14.- UNDOING PLAYER LOANS BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT

Two managers can decide to undo a loan by mutual agreement if, for example, they have confused the player or selected the wrong team when accepting the loan.

In this case, if they want to undo a loan, both managers must contact each other with an @ and confirm that BOTH MANAGERS want to undo this loan. If confirmation is not received from both parties, the loan cannot be undone. Once confirmed, we will manually undo the loan by searching for the player's profile and clicking on UNDO LOAN.
